Steve has over 31 years experience in the design and management of bridge and transportation projects. Much of his early career was spent focusing on the rehabilitation of major bridges in urban areas.

Steve played key roles on improvement projects involving the Golden Gate Bridge, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Whitestone Bridge, the Throgs Neck Bridge and the Triborough Bridge, to name a few. Steve has also managed numerous bridge inspection projects including the Brooklyn Bridge, the Royal Gorge Bridge and over 400 bridges in the Bronx, NY. Steve's bridge design experience includes roadway, railroad, pedestrian and special purpose bridges such as large waterline bridges.

In addition, Steve has managed and played key roles on projects involving roadway and railway design. Steve also has extensive experience in the construction phase of bridge, roadway, railroad and other types of projects.
